The route
We will travel to Freney d'Oisans on May 24. May 25 will already be tough: Alpe d'Huez is no easy climb on any day, but on the first day in the mountains it is extra tough. May 26 will take us to the Col de la Croix de Fer. A magnificent climb, even more so because we will descend on the other side, towards st Jean de Maurienne. On the 27th we will return to Freney, across the Telegraph and the 'mother of all climbs': the Galibier.
